ARCHITECTURAL LIGHTING DESIGN & CONSULTANCY

CONCEPT DESIGN
Starting up with kick-off meeting gathered all information about the project and then designing conceptual lighting atmospheres and presenting the ideas by using different techniques such as sketching, graphics, light traces, lighting schemes and visualization.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
Attending design workshops and meetings. Preparing preliminary lighting fixture layouts in architectural drawings as well as defining preliminary lighting fixture lists, calculations and draft budgets.
DETAILED DESIGN
Finalising the project sets with the exact location of each lighting fixtures and giving principle details. Providing final lighting fixture specification sheets and total budgets besides control grouping schedules , lighting scenarios and mockups.
TENDER & DOCUMENTATION REVIEW
Delivering all lighting tender package to the client and supporting the construction team for all tender queries and evaluating tender return shop drawings. Analysing tender offers and alternative products according to project necessities with the concern of cost control and technical details.
CONTROL & SITE SUPERVISION
Visiting the site periodically and checking the lighting details applied at site by comparing with project drawings and reporting the site progress to the client. Fine tuning and adjusting the luminaires according to lighting design intent. Preparing lighting dimming scenarios according to space & operation or design intent needs.
